CTET-FEB Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2015 Recruitment Notification Exam Date of CTET Application Form And Complete syllabus for CTET

Hello Readers Welcome To the site Of Indjobsportal.in, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Central Teacher Eligibility Test for various Teacher vacancies. In accordance with the provisions of sub-section of Section 23 of the RTE Act, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) had vide Notification dated 23 rd August, 2010 and 29 th JULY, 2011 laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in classes I to VIII.

It had been inter alia provided that one of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools referred to in clause (n) of section 2 of the RTE Act is that he/she should pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) which will be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE.

Candidates can apply for CTET-FEB 2015 ‘ON-LINE’ through CTET website (www.ctet.nic.in) from Date 18 december 2014 to 08 January 2015.

Educational Qualification-

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage):

(1). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed orappearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

(2). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

(3). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

(4). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

(5). Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage):

(1). Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

(2). Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

(3). Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

(4). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

(5). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

(6). Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Paper-I:

Child Development and Pedagogy (30 MCQ,30 marks)

Language-I (30 MCQ,30 marks)

Language-II (30 MCQ,30 marks)

Mathematics (30 MCQ,30 marks)

Environmental Studies (30 MCQ,30 marks)

TOTAL (150 MCQ,150 marks)

Paper-II:

Child Development and Pedagogy (30 MCQ,30 marks)

Qualifying Marks for CTET Certificate-

The candidates appearing in CTET will be issued Marks Statement. The Candidates securing 60% and above marks will be issued Eligibility
Certificate.

Validity Period of CTET Certificate-

The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.

Examination Fee For CTET 2015-

For General/OBC:

Only Paper – I: 600

Both Paper – I & II: 1000

For SC/ST/Differently Abled Person:

Only Paper – I: 300

Both Paper – I & II: 500

Procedure To Apply-

Fill in the Online Application Form.Upload Scanned Images of Photograph and Signature.(The scanned images of photographs and signature should be in jpg format. Size of the photo image must be greater than 4 kb and less than 100 kb. Size of the signature image must be greater than 1 kb and less than 25 kb. Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) × 4.5 cm (height) only. Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm (length) × 1.5 cm (height) only). Pay examination Fee by challan or debit/credit card. Print Confirmation page for your record and future reference, if required.

Log on to the official website of CTET (www.ctet.nic.in).

Go to the link “Apply On-line” and open the same.

Read the instructions to apply and procedure for on-line submission of Application Form carefully. At the end of this page, following four links to apply online are given:

(a) Fill in the on-line application form Part-I and note down the registration number.

(b) Upload Scanned Images of photograph and signature in the on-line application form Part-II

(c) Make payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card or download Challan for payment in the designated accounts of Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank.

(d) Take the print out of Confirmation page for completing Part-IV and keep it for your future reference along with challan, (if fee paid through Challan mode). or Pay through online banking or other online mode.
